The age we live in presently can only be defined by its changing nature and true leaders are able to rise and stay above these times by becoming iconoclastic. Iconoclasm is simply refusing to pursue the status quo, questioning and challenging old patterns, thus saying, iconoclasm forms the foundational backbone of all Mavericks.

We believe a different kind of leadership is required to achieve breakthroughs in our present world. It is one that begins with leaders who take responsibility for leading and mastering themselves first, leaders who recognize their unique strengths and take action that is fueled by their values, sense of purpose, drive and passion, and leaders who are willing to risk it all in order to gain in folds.

There is a daunting challenge of building and sustaining several great qualities that will help shape our society for the best, the wide gap to solving this challenge seems to be an endless one, which few people are well-equipped to fill, we exist as an organization to build quality leaders, through several leadership training that are solution-oriented in closing the gap that exists in our society.
